This is my kinda feast! The stuffed artichokes has always been one of my favorite sides.

What a great event and I just love artichokes, last meal and all that. Even have a daughter who loves them as much as I do. But haven’t tried stuffed, this will be an adventure at some point – I haven’t found a good artichoke for 7 years in the Toronto area, very sad; but eat them whenever I’m in CA esp. in spring.
