That Irish Stout cheese is my new officially FAVORITE CHEESE EVER. I tasted it for the first time on St. Patrick's Day at Whole Foods, and I am now addicted!

Natasha - I tried both the Irish Stout and the Whiskey cheeses, and preferred the Irish Stout variety. Then again, I don't much care for whiskey, so I'm probably not the best judge.

Btw, I love Wegmans. I grew up in Rochester, NY, and while there's not much I miss from the city, they grocery store has evolved into a foodie mecca--growing up in the 70's and 80's it was much less fancy.

Ooo, this kerrygold cheddar with the stout sounds wonderful! We got ours at Wegmans and they didn't have this one, but I'm going to Whole Foods this weekend!

Monique, I love cheese, too. Cheese and chocolate are two foods that I eat nearly every day.

This is great cheese, and it looks very cool to serve as an appetizer. I put some of this out for guests a couple weeks ago and it got some very favorable ooohs and aaahhs. Crackers, ciabatta or any good sourdough (I'm also in the Bay Area so we're admittedly spoiled in this regard) and of course a great Dry Creek red, makes for a great appetizer!

Good site, thanks!
